We may be in the middle of Summer but these pieces from cabi’s new Fall 2019 collection are too good to not talk about! Not only do they have swoon-worthy styles but their “Uniquely Us” campaign around it is so inspiring! Cabi’s Fall campaign is all about celebrating women’s uniqueness AND how they come together. In honor of this theme, I wanted to style these two pieces from their Fall 2019 collection with my unique flare and in a location that is part of my life story, my alma mater UCSD. Plus I am coming together once again with my talented friend Tuy of Photography Yours and Mine to bring my vision to life via these pics!

Yes, the collection is officially under Fall, but the great thing about cabi clothing is that they have pieces that could easily be worn in the summer months leading up to fall like lightweight tops, dresses and jeans. Plus, as the weather changes you can slowly layer on some of the other fabulous coats they have. Trend Alert: Snake print
Snakeskin print is coming in hot this fall and cabi has 3 fab snake print items in their collection: the Python Blazer (currently on the top of my wishlist!), the Serpentine Blouse and this Snake Charmer Blouse. The Snake Charmer blouse is the perfect Summer to Fall piece because it is light and semi-sheer and brings in elements of both seasons: snakeskin with a burst of florals. In true “Uniquely Us” fashion, this piece’s print is a work of art plus it has so many unique details like the puff sleeves with a rib knit inset.
Similarly, these The Button Fly Skinny Jeans have some cute details, like the red and blue elastic waistband (not shown) and the buttons instead of a zipper. I HIGHLY recommend cabi denim because all of the cabi jeans I have gotten season after season are the most comfortable in my wardrobe. I still pick up a pair every season because they add these cool on-trend details that keep my denim styles fresh.
Styling Tip: How to wear snake print in summer
Although snake print is usually reserved for fall, a couple of ways you can give it the summer twist is by:
- pairing it with a pop of color (like I did with this headband).
- pairing it with gold accessories (like I did with these layered gold toned necklaces and my go-to hoop earrings)
- pairing it with sandals (vs boots, like I did with these green sandal heels!)
