One of my favorite reels that I have created was this Mommy and Me coordinating Summer looks video where a lemon turns into my little Capri (see it here). Since The Island of Capri in Italy is known for their Capri lemons (although I didn’t name her after the island itself), I love playing with the lemon theme when it comes to her name. When my mom came across this straw bag that said Capri at TJ Maxx she immediately bought it for me and so this whole coordinating look was inspired by the bag!
I’m wearing this little white Amazon dress that has amazing reviews, comes in different colors and has pockets (I love pockets!). I plan to dress is differently and sharing more on it soon, but for this look I paired it with the lemon headband to match my dear little Capri. Capri is wearing this super cute lemon dress as well, it came with a whole ensemble (shop it here!). There is also another dress in this print here. I might have mentioned it in my first mommy and me post with Capri, but I must say it again- coordinating outfits with her is SOOOO much easier than coordinating with my son. I wish there were more options to match with him, but then again he’s at an age where he’s more picky and he can easily say no now (it was great while it lasted *tear*).

Talkin’ about Ms. Capri, I cannot believe that she is now 6 months old! While it feels like a blur, it did feel like we were in that newborn stage for a hot minute and all of a sudden she woke up a smiley baby! Her big brother is so kind to her, always comes to the room to say good morning to “baby sister” and says goodbye to her when he goes to preschool, and in turn Capri lights up when she sees him! She also is quick to chase Mr. Coco around the mat in her soldier crawl. She is def a cutie!
