Palm Springs is a desert surrounded with just that, palm trees and tall mountains, which was the inspiration for this outfit (earth tones and animal print). With a hot 90 degrees in Palm Springs, this dress from Cotton On was so lightweight that it felt so comfy. The best part was that I purchased this dress at the end of last summer for $15! I wore it in the fall with some black boots and a black blazer and now I’m going to wear it all summer like this (with sandals)!
Cost Saving Shopping Tip: As the seasons come and go, stores will push out their previous season’s inventory at a VERY reduced price. Take it as an opportunity to stock up on the basics for next season. For example, right now is the time to stock up on jackets and sweaters on MEGA sale at stores like H&M and Forever 21.

I'm so glad you had such a good time in Palm Springs and I can't wait to go back again. This maxi is perfect with that necklace and i love how you did your hair.
