Holiday Beauty Look with The Body Shop

With Holiday parties already starting to take over our social calendars, it’s time to prep not only our outfits but our beauty looks! In honor of The Body Shop’s grand opening here in San Diego’s Westfield UTC on November 17th, I’ve gathered some of my favorite and new products from the brand to give you a Holiday Beauty look idea!

Let’s start with foundation! I’m totally loving the mess-free application that the Fresh Nude Cushion Foundation offers (especially for this busy time where I’m on the go), so after gently pushing the applicator onto the netting I dabbed it for coverage before setting it with a powder.

For my eyes I went with the limited edition Down to Earth Eyeshadow Quad Gold with earth tones and an Aztec Gold eyeshadow that I dabbed on my eye lids for a bit of sparkle. I added the Essaouria Bronze portion of the quad to my crease for soft depth (I wanted to keep my eyeshadow subdued since I was going to go bold on the lip) — PS. There are also other eyeshadow quads to choose from and the individual shades click out of the quad to be interchangeable!

Holiday Beauty looks always make me think of red lips, so added the new Body Shop Matte Lip Liquid in Sydney Amaryllis that aside from being a beautiful shade of red also has a satin matte finish.

And Ta-dah! A subdued Holiday Makeup look with a bold lip!
