The Marilyn Monroe Spa Experience

After a long week of work, being pampered is like music to my ears! That is exactly what happened when I paid the Iconic – Marilyn Monroe Spa located inside the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego a visit for a relaxing mani and pedi session.

A red carpet leads to you a glamour oasis aptly named “Iconic, Marilyn Monroe Spa” with doors and access to the hotel pool. Inside the aura of Marilyn Monroe glam is everywhere, with pops of red, Marilyn Monroe pictures and facts.

I spent my visit in the “Glamour Room” where my nail tech (who also duals as a masseuse) Sarahi was amazing! She gave me a mani and pedi accompanied with relaxing massages that were so needed after a long week in the office.

I am a sucker for one stop shops, especially those that do it very well like the Marilyn Monroe Spa chains that are located all over the country. The Spa experience is not only limited to manicures and pedicures, they offer so many services for me to list, however the ones that spiked my interest were the body massages, the in-house make up artist, even a barber for gentlemen! The aim to make you feel as glamorous as the icon herself.

Marilyn Monroe Spas carry their own products, like their own nail polishes that are vegan and cruelty free. Their formulations are formaldehyde, DBP and toluene free!
