Fringe-tastic Heels

If there is one trend that has called my name (and the name of countless fashionistas on Instagram) it is fringe! Fringe is everywhere, from coats to skirts to my favorite… shoes! In the search for the perfect fringe booties I found these fringe-tastic heels that I wish I could have added to my cart without hesitation, but of course the budget prevails!
